How long does shipping take?
- Our shipping varies depending on the processing time, current workload and your shipping address. After you place your order, it goes into the processing period which usually takes between 1-3 business days (does not include weekends) once your order is done processing then it is ready for shipping, for Standard First Class shipping it usually takes 5-7 business days (your location plays a big factor in shipping arrival) and for Priority Shipping it takes about 2-3 business days, again it depends on your location. If you would like more of an estimate from your location, feel free to contact your nearest USPS location for more accurate dates. We ship out of Southern Conneticut.
I never received my package, what happened?
Once an item is shipped it will automatically send a tracking number with the shipping confirmation email. When you receive a tracking number this means it is now in the hands of USPS, and we are no longer responsible for your package. Although USPS is a very reliable mailing source, they sometimes do make mistakes and may take longer than what is expected, please understand when this happens it is out of our control. We cannot refund you for lost packages. If you need to further discuss any shipping problems after you have received your tracking number, we suggest contacting your local USPS and with your tracking number they can let you know exactly where and what is going on with your package. This is very rare but it can happen and we want to make sure you know the proper steps to take action.
I placed an order and one of my items is stated as "NIS", will I still be charged for that item?
This rarely happens because our stock is our priority but unfortunately, stock mishaps happen. NIS stands for "NOT IN STOCK" Although an item was in stock when purchasing, it does not mean it is ALWAYS either sellable or accurate in stock. Sometimes items may have a damage and we do not want to send that item so it will become out of stock or sometimes the stock is taken at the exact same time as another customer. Nonetheless, we ALWAYS refund the item that is out of stock, please note depending on your bank, sometimes it takes 5-10 business days to show the refund on your statement, but it is done as soon as your order is processed. This is the only time we return funds, if an item is out of stock. Again, this rarely happens but it does sometimes, so we got you covered!
An item I want is out of stock will it be restocked?
We understand how frustrating it is that the item you are you're totally in love with is currently out of stock. We continue to advertise these items as they're usually paired with another item. We often restock our hottest items and if that is not possible, we replace them with a similar style. - Restocks on items vary, it always depends on if the style is available from our vendor and the current demand of the product. If an item becomes out of stock very quickly after being released, we will most likely restock within a week, but again isn't always promised. If we deem the item to be in high demand, there is a very strong possibility it will be restocked. Be sure to sign up on the items page to get notified if. We always update on our Instagram and TikTok about restocks, so make sure follow us on social media to stay updated! J
How long before I can receive a store credit?
When we receive your return item, we will process the return within 14 business days. Once your return has been processed and your store credit issued, you will receive a store credit confirmation email. Can I exchange an item- We currently do not offer exchanges for customers. If you would like an exchange, we highly recommend notifying our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your item, return the item back and you'll receive a store credit once the unwanted item is in our possession.
Why has my order been canceled?
Sometimes our items sell out very quickly due to such a high demand and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. We promise that these cases are rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out-of-stock item. In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be cancelled.
Can I cancel my order?
We’re very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive it as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we’re unable cancel it.
What happens if I forgot to use my discount code?
Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid.
Why isn’t my discount code working?
Your Code: Have you entered the code correctly? Our codes are case sensitive, try copying and pasting the code into the Promo Code box just before checkout. Expiry Date: Please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid. Eligible Items: From time to time we offer discount codes for selected items only and this will be stated in the terms and conditions of the discount code. Unique Codes: If you are lucky enough to receive a unique code from us, please note that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code and the code can only be used once.
I put the wrong address what do I do?
Notify customer service within 24 hr period at fashionbygossip@gmail.com and we will do our best to ensure the delivery to the correct designated address.
